1Créase La Cámara De Comercio Del Aburrá Sur, Con Sede En El Municipio De Itagüí Y Jurisdicción Sobre Los Municipios De Itagüí, Envigado, Sabaneta, Caldas Y La Estrella, En El Departamento De Antioquia2La Junta Directiva Provisional De La Cámara De Comercio Del Aburrá Sur, Estará Compuesta Por Nueve (9) Miembros Principales Y Nueve (9) Suplentes De Los Cuales Una Tercera Parte Será Designada Por El Gobierno Nacional Quien A Su Vez Designará Un Presidente Y Un Vicepresidente3El Período De La Junta Directiva Provisional Se Extenderá Hasta La Fecha En Que Tomen Posesión Los Que Resulten Elegidos En La Asamblea, Con Excepción De Los Que Representen Al Gobierno Que Son De Libre Nombramiento Y Remoción4Nómbrese A Los Señores Oscar Mejía Gutiérrez Y Luis Fernando Arango, En Calidad De Presidente Y Vicepresidente, Respectivamente, Como Dignatarios Provisionales De La Cámara De Comercio Del Aburrá Sur5Los Estatutos De La Nueva Cámara De Comercio Se Enviarán A La Superintendencia De Industria Y Comercio Para Su Respectiva Aprobación En Un Plazo No Mayor De Tres (3) Meses, Contados A Partir De La Vigencia Del Presente Decreto6El Presupuesto De Ingresos Y Egresos, Para El Año 1992, Deberá Ser Enviado Para Aprobación De La Superintendencia De Industria Y Comercio En Un Plazo De Un (1) Mes Contado A Partir De La Vigencia Del Presente Decreto7La Cámara De Comercio De Medellín, Dentro De Los Treinta (30) Días Siguientes A La Vigencia Del Presente Decreto, Procederá A Efectuar La Entrega De Los Documentos De Los Comerciantes Ubicados En La Jurisdicción De La Nueva Cámara De Comercio, Término A Partir Del Cual Esta Última Deberá Iniciar Las Funciones Pertinentes Al Registro Mercantil8El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De Su Publicación
