1A Partir De La Presente Fecha El Carácter De Administrador Interventor Del Trayecto De Vía Férrea Entre Zipaquirá Y Nemocón, Creado Por Decreto Número 183, De 7 De Enero De 1916, Queda Separado Del Cajero Habilitado Del Ministerio De Obras Públicas, Con Las Mismas Funciones Que Se Le Señalan En Ese Decreto2La Fianza Que Ha De Otorgar Este Nuevo Empleado Se Señala En La Cuantía De Mil Pesos ($ 1,000), La Cual Debe Ser Prestada De Acuerdo Con Las Disposiciones Del Código Fiscal3La Asignación Que Gozará Este Empleado Será La Del Siete Y Medio Por Ciento (71/2 Por 100) De Los Productos Líquidos Del Mencionado Trayecto De Vía Férrea4Por Decreto Separado Se Hará El Nombramiento De La Persona Que Ha De Desempeñar Este Cargo; Pero Mientras Se Hace Este Nombramiento, El Cajero Habilitado Del Ministerio De Obras Públicas Continuará Desempeñando Ambos Cargos5En Este Sentido Queda Reformado El Citado Decreto Número 133 De 1916
