1° Créase La Notaría Segunda En El Círculo Notarial De Pitalito, Huila2° A Partir De La Presente Disposición La Notaría Unica Del Municipio De Pitalito, Se Denominará Notaría Primera3° De Conformidad Con Lo Dispuesto En El Artículo 157 Del Decreto 960 De 1970, Modificado Por El Decreto 2163 De 1970, Artículo 44, Inciso 2°, La Localización De La Sede De La Notaría Creada En El Artículo Anterior, Será Autorizada Previamente Por La Superintendencia De Notariado Y Registro4° La Superintendencia De Notariado Y Registro Verificará Que El Local En Donde Funcionará La Notaría Reúna Los Requisitos Exigidos Para La Buena Prestación Del Servicio Conforme A Lo Establecido En El Estatuto Notarial5° El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación
