1° Créase En El Círculo Notarial De Cartagena, Bolívar, La Notaria Quinta, La Cual Tendrá Su Ubicación En La Comuna 292° De Conformidad Con Lo Dispuesto En El Artículo 157 Del Decreto 960 De 1970, Modificado Por El Decreto 2163 De 1970, Artículo 44, Inciso 2°, La Localización De La Sede De La Notaría Creada En El Artículo Anterior, Será Autorizada Previamente Por La Superintendencia De Notariado Y Registro3° La Superintendencia De Notariado Y Registro Verificará Que El Local En Donde Funcionará La Notaría Reúna Los Requisitos Exigidos Para La Buena Prestación De Servicio Conforme A Lo Establecido En El Estatuto Notarial4° El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación
