por el cual se retira del servicio a un notario por haber alcanzado la edad de retiro forzoso, se hace un nombramiento en virtud del artículo 178 numeral 3 del Decreto número 960 de 1970, y se designa un notario en propiedad en el Círculo Notarial de Bogotá
