1° Para La Prestación Del Servicio Público Notarial Créase El Siguiente Círculo Notarial Cuya Comprensión Municipal Y Categoría Será La Que A Continuación Se Indica: Círculo Notarial Comprensión Municipal Categoría Departamento De Chocó Riosucio Riosucio 1a2° Créase La Notaría Unica En El Círculo Notarial De Riosucio, Chocó3° De Conformidad Con Lo Dispuesto En El Artículo 157 Del Decreto 960 De 1970, Modificado Por El Decreto 2163 De 1970, Artículo 44, Inciso 2°, La Localización De La Sede De La Notaría Creada En El Artículo Anterior, Será Autorizada Previamente Por La Superintendencia De Notariado Y Registro4° La Superintendencia De Notariado Y Registro Verificará Que El Local Donde Funcione La Notaría Reúna Las Condiciones Exigidas Para La Buena Prestación Del Servicio Conforme A Lo Establecido En El Estatuto Notarial5° El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación
