1° Créase En El Círculo Notarial De Medellín La Notaría Veinticuatro, La Cual Tendrá Su Ubicación En La Comuna Cinco (5) Denominada Castilla2° La Notaría Que Se Crea Será De Primera Categoría3° De Conformidad Con Lo Dispuesto En El Artículo 157 Del Decreto 960 De 1970, Modificado Por El Decreto 2163 De 1970, Artículo 44, Inciso 2°, La Localización De La Sede De La Notaría Creada En El Artículo Anterior, Será Autorizada Previamente Por La Superintendencia De Notariado Y Registro4° La Superintendencia De Notariado Y Registro Verificará Que El Local En Donde Funcione La Notaría Reúna Las Condiciones Exigidas Para La Buena Prestación Del Servicio, Conforme A Lo Establecido En El Estatuto Notarial5° El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación
