1Las Órdenes De Pago Que Al Terminar Una Vigencia Fiscal Queden Sin Cubrir, Deberán Ser Presentadas Por Los Interesados, Al Principiar La Nueva Vigencia, A La Sección De Ordenación Del Ministerio Del Tesoro, A Fin De Que Allí Se Forme Una Relación General De Ellas Y Se Envíe La Copia Correspondiente Al Respectivo Ministerio, Para Que Por Éste Se Hagan Las Deducciones Del Caso En La Cuenta De Reconocimiento De La Vigencia Expirada, Y Se Incluyan Relaciones Semanales Las Partidas Necesarias Para Poder Efectuar El Pago Con Imputación Al Capítulo Y Artículo Respectivos Del Nuevo Presupuesto, En Que Figuren Las Partidas Para Cubrir Los Saldos De La Vigencia Mencionada2El Tesorero General De La República No Pagará En Ningún Caso Servicios Prestados En Un Período Económico Anterior, Sino Sobre Órdenes De Pago Debidamente Contramarcadas, Según Lo Dispuesto En El Presente Decreto3Queda En Estos Términos Reformado El Artículo 5º Del Decreto Número 676 Bis 1909 Y Derogado El Artículo 6º Del Mismo
