1La Totalidad De Los Dineros Provenientes De Los Contratos Que Celebra El Ministerio De Defensa Nacional, Previstos En El Artículo 171 Del Decreto Extraordinario Número 150 De 1976, Ingresarán A La Contaduría Del Departamento De Ingenieros Y Se Manejarán, En Una Cuenta Que Se Denominará "contratos De Obra"2Del Valor Total Del Contrato Se Destinará El 65% Para Cubrir Los Gastos Que Ocasione La Ejecución De La Obra Contratada, Suma Que Se Girará A Las Pagadurías De Carreteras De Las Unidades Tácticas De Ingenieros- Militares2Los Comandantes De Unidades Tácticas De Que Trata El Artículo Anterior En Su Calidad De Ordenadores, Podrán Efectuar Los Siguientes Gastos E Inversiones Hasta Por La Suma De $ 2004El 35% Restante El Valor Total Del Contrato Será Administrado Por El Departamento De Ingenieros Del Comando Del Ejército, Con Autorización Previa Del Comandante Del Ejército Y Para Atender Los Siguientes Gastos: 15El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Expedición
