1La Inversión De Las Sumas Destinadas Como Auxilio Para La Construcción De Los Acueductos De Los Municipios De Caicedonia Y Zarzal, En El Departamento Del Valle, Y De Pensilvania, En El Departamento Del Valle, Y De Pensilvania, En El Departamento De Caldas, Se Verificara Por Los Concejos Municipales De Cada Una De Las Poblaciones Citadas, Bajo La Inspección De Las Alcaldes Respectivos, Quienes Visaran Todas Las Cuentas De Gastos En Dichas Obras2Estos Auxilios Se Entregaran A Los Tesoreros De Aquellos Municipios, Por Conducto De Los Gobernadores De Los Departamentos Citados, Debiendo Dichos Tesoreros Otorgar Previamente Las Cauciones Adicionales Correspondientes, Por La Cuantía Que Determine La Contraloría General De La República3Las Cuentas De Inversión Deberán Rendirse A Los Tribunales Del Ramo En Los Citados Departamentos, Y Los Consejos Municipales Respectivos Informaran Oportunamente Al Ministerio De Obras Publicas Sobre La Organización Y Desarrollo De Los Trabajos De Que Se Trata
