1Los Documentos Relacionados Con Los Servicios De Telegrafía Y Telefonía De Larga Distancia Que Preste La Empresa Nacional De Telecomunicaciones, Telecom, Deberán Ser Conservados De Conformidad Con Las Normas Establecidas En El Presente Decreto2° Los Documentos Relativos Al Curso De Mensajes Y Comunicaciones Que Efectúen Las Oficinas Telegráficas Sobre El Tráfico Y Ocurrencias Del Servicio De Telegrafía Prestado En La Modalidad De Entrega Certificada (Ec) O De Franquicia (Sb), Deberán Conservarse Durante Un Término De Seis (6) Meses3Los Documentos Relativos Al Curso De Mensajes Y Comunicaciones Que Efectúen Las Oficinas Telegráficas En Cuanto Al Tráfíco Y Ocurrencias Del Servicio De Telegrafía Prestado En La Modalidad De Entrega Sin Certificar, Deberán Conservarse Durante Un Término De Un (1) Mes4Los Tiquetes Del Servicio Telefónico De Larga Distancia Que Curse La Empresa Nacional De Telecomunicaciones, Deberán Ser Conservados Durante Un Término De Seis (6) Meses5Transcurridos Los Términos De Que Tratan Los Artículos Anteriores, La Empresa Nacional De Telecomunicaciones Podrá Incinerar O Destruir Los Documentos Que Se Hubieren Conservado En Cumplimiento De Las Normas Previstas En Este Decreto6El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación, Deroga El Decreto 1901 De 1972 Y Las Demás Normas Reglamentarias Que Le Sean Contrarias
