1Créase El Puesto De Comisario Inspector A Que Se Refieren Los Artículos 1° Y 3° De La Ley 4° De 1907, Con Jurisdicción Sobre El Río Magdalena, Sus Afluentes, Derivados Y Ferrocarriles Conexos2Tal Empleados Tendrá Las Funciones Que Determinan Las Disposiciones Vigentes Sobre El Particular, Y En Especial, Las Siguientes: A) Recorrer Continuamente Las Vías De Su Jurisdicción, Con El Fin De Observar La Manera Cómo Las Empresas De Transporte Cumplen, En Los Ríos De Que Se Sirven, Las Prescripciones Legales Acerca De Navegación Fluvial, Y Cómo Aplican Las Tarifas Y Reglamentos Que El Gobierno Les Haya Aprobado3De Conformidad Con Las Disposiciones En Vigor Sobre Policía Fluvial, L Comisario Inspector Creado Por Este Decreto, Queda Investido Con El Carácter De Autoridad De Policía, A Fin De Que Pueda Hacer Cumplir Tales Disposiciones En Ausencia De La Autoridad Respectiva4Créase, En Virtud De Lo Expuesto, El Cargo De Ayudante Del Comisario Inspector De Que Trata El Presente Decreto5El Comisario Inspector Gozará De Una Asignación Mensual De $200 Y De Una De $100 Para Viáticos Y El Ayudante Una De $100, Asignaciones Que Se Cubrirán Con Los Fondos De La Canalización Del Bajo Magdalena, Y Serán Incluidas En El Presupuesto Especial De La Próxima Vigencia
