1Crease El Consejo De Informática Y Recursos Humanos, El Cual Estará Integrado Por: A) El Secretario General De La Presidencia De La República, Quién Lo Presidirá, O Su Delegado2El Consejo Que Se Crea Por Medio Del Presente Decreto Contará Con La Asesoría Permanente De Un Comité Técnico, Integrado Por: A) El Jefe Del Dane, B) El Director Del Sena3El Consejo De Informática Y Recursos Humanos Tendrá Las Siguientes Funciones: A) Velar Por El Oportuno Y Cabal Cumplimiento De L Acuerdo Celebrado Entre El Departamento Administrativo De La Presidencia De La República Y El "centre Mondial Informatique Et Ressource Humaine"4El Consejo A Que Se Refiere El Presente Decreto, Estará Adscrito Al Departamento Administrativo De La Presidencia De La República El Cual Desarrollará Las Actividades Que Conduzcan Al Cabal Cumplimiento De Las Funciones De Dicho Consejo5El Consejo Tendrá Un Presidente Ejecutivo De-Signado Por El Presidente De La República, Cuyas Funciones Serán, Entre Otras, Las Siguientes: A) Preparar El Plan De Trabajo Del Consejo, De Acuerdo Con El Presente Decreto Y Las Orientaciones Que En Este Sentido Le De El Consejo6El Consejo De Informática Y Recursos H Umanos Deberá Presentar Al Presidente De La República Cada Seis (6) Semanas, A Partir De La Fecha De Expedición Del Presente Decreto, Informe Sobre El Avance De Sus Actividades, Así Como Uno Final Al Culminar Sus Labores7El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Expedición Y Deroga El Decreto 1039 De 1974
