1Declárase De Reserva Nacional Y Apórtase A La Empresa Colombiana De Petróleos Para Que La Explore, Explote Y Administre Directamente O En Asociación Con El Capital Público O Privado, Nacional O Extranjero, El Área Comprendida Por Los Siguientes Linderos Generales: "se Ha Tomado Como Punto De Partida El Vértice Geodésico "vigía 752" Del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi, Cuyas Coordenadas Geográficas Son: Latitud 11° 16' 50" 526 Al Norte Del Ecuador Y Longitud 74° 10' 20" 479 Oeste De Greenwich Y Cuyas Coordenadas Gauss Son: Norte 12Lo Expresado En Este Decreto Se Entenderá Sin Perjuicio, Tanto De Las Expectativas Que Se Deriven Para La Misma Empresa Colombiana De Petróleos Como Proponente De Propuestas Para Explorar Y Explotar Petróleo De Propiedad Nacional Sobre El Área Objeto Del Presente Aporte, Así Como De Las Que Se Deriven En Favor De Terceros Por La Misma Causa3La Empresa Colombiana De Petróleos Podrá En Cualquier Tiempo, Devolver Al Gobierno La Totalidad O Parte Del Área Que Se Le Ha Aportado, Y En Tal Evento, Dicha Área Podrá Ser Contratada De Acuerdo Con El Régimen Ordinario Vigente4El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De Su Expedición
