por medio de la cual se aprueba la Convención Interamericana sobre Restitución Internacional de Menores, suscrita en Montevideo, Uruguay, el quince (15) de julio de mil novecientos ochenta y nueve (1989), en la Cuarta Conferencia Especializada Interamericana sobre Derecho Internacional Privado.
