por medio de la cual se aprueban el "Convenio Constitutivo del Banco Centroamericano de Integración Económica" BCIE, suscrito en Managua el 13 de diciembre de 1960 y el "Protocolo de Reformas al Convenio Constitutivo del Banco Centroamericano de Integración Económica", suscrito en Managua el 2 de septiembre de 1989.
