ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: Aprúebese el <<CONVENIO MULTILATERAL IBEROAMERICANO DE SEGURIDAD SOCIAL (CMISS)>>, hecho en Santiago, República de Chile, el 10 de noviembre de 2007".

ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: Aprúebese el <<CONVENIO MULTILATERAL IBEROAMERICANO DE SEGURIDAD SOCIAL (CMISS)>>, hecho en Santiago, República de Chile, el 10 de noviembre de 2007".
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO: De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1° de la ley 7° de 1944, el <<CONVENIO MULTILATERAL IBEROAMERICANO DE SEGURIDAD SOCIAL (CMISS)>>, hecho en Santiago, República de Chile, el 10 de noviembre de 2007, que por el artículo primero de esta ley se aprueba, obligará a la República de Colombia a partir de la fecha en la que se perfeccione el vínculo internacional respecto del mismo.
ARTÍCULO TERCERO: La presente ley rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación.
