Que reforma la de 8 de mayo de 1872, “que prohíbe la pesca de la concha de madre-perla, con máquina, en algunos puntos del Estado de Panamá, i ordena al Poder Ejecutivo reglamente la pesca de la concha i otros moluscos.”
