1En El Servicio Postal Nacional Cursarán Libres De Porte Los Expedientes, Despachos, Axhortos Y Demás Actuaciones Referentes A Juicios Del Trabajo De Que Habla El Decreto-Ley Número 2158 De 24 De Junio De 19482Para Gozar De Esta Franquicia Será Requisito Indispensable Que En La Cubierta O Empaque Del Negocio Se Anote Por La Autoridad Remitente Que Se Trata De Expedientes, Despachos, Exhortos O Actuaciones En Juicios Del Trabajo3Las Cubiertas O Empaques De Los Expedientes, Exhortos, Despachos, Y, En General, De Las Actuaciones En Juicios Del Trabajo, Deberán Ir Firmados Por La Autoridad Remitente O Por Su Secretario, Y Estar Provistos Del Correspondiente Sello4Los Asuntos A Que Se Refiere El Presente Decreto Cursarán Por Los Correos Nacionales Exclusivamente Como Correspondencia Certificada, Y Quedan Exentos Del Pago De Las Sobretasas De Que Hablan Las Leyes 85 De 1936 Y 2ª De 19465Quedan Excluidos De La Franquicia A Que Se Refiere El Presente Decreto Los Juicios Del Trabajo Que Se Envíen En Recurso Ante El Superior, Los Que Se Someterán A Las Disposiciones De Los Artículos 124 A 131, Inclusive; Del Decreto 1418 De 1945
